Public Library / Seed Bank

Boy, if you were trying to push a couple of my buttons.... I'm a big user of our local public library. I borrow well over 150 items a year. I also use the University of Victoria library, but not to the same extent. I also am a big fan of seed banks--both the massive try-to-save-a-copy-of everything-in-the-world one like the big one in Norway and the smaller home based seed savers who participate in the Seedy Saturdays around the continent.
